==========

+ Updated: Removed some leftover sky remnants from the photo the city was cut out of, and I made some small, lazy improvements to the water to make the tiling a little less obvious.
+ 480x272 / 1280x800 / 1440x900 / 1680x1050 / 1920x1200
+ Includes size for Sony PSP.

I wanted a dark, almost green cityscape wallpaper for my desktop. After searching sxc for stock I found a city photo I liked. I double over the water to remove a pier, and then I searched for a new sky. The original city photo is quite nice and can be viewed here: [link]

I couldn't open full-sized original picture but is it me or you had to eem...'remake' water on the right? I mean in original there is something on the wall from frontside...I don't know if you know what I mean :P

And really great work! Amazing effect :]

I didn't go as far as to remake it, but like the description says I had to basically copy it, so I took segments of it out and tiled them all the way to the right to cover up the land the photographer was standing on. A part of that segment remains on the shoreline, but I kept it there because at-a-glance it's not super obvious, and I was hoping most people would confuse it for a building or some random object.
